Learn to Make Traditional Fijian Dishes!

Join Karuna Mai and Ramesh Chand two wonderful presenters for a fun, hands-on cultural experience as you learn to prepare and enjoy delicious traditional Fijian favorites, including Dalo (Taro), a hearty and nutritious root vegetable; Rourou (Roro), a creamy dish made from tender taro leaves; Cassava, a versatile and beloved Pacific Island staple; and Bakalolo, a traditional sweet cassava cake. Enjoy these delicious dishes together with tea while learning more about Fijian food and culture.
