Pottery Pinch Workshop July 10th - 4-7 pm

About the Workshop

Join ceramic artist Sabrina K Ceramics for a hands-on pottery workshop where participants will create their own Thai-inspired hanging planter using the pinch pot technique.

Participants will learn basic hand-building skills while creating a unique planter inspired by traditional Thai ceramic art. Two celadon glaze options will be available, providing the beautiful soft-green finish commonly seen in Thai pottery.

As a group project, participants may choose to create elephant-themed planters, inspired by the elephant motifs that frequently appear in traditional Thai art and pottery. The finished design will feature an open back to accommodate a small plant, combining cultural artistry with functional design.

No prior pottery experience is required. All materials and instruction are included.
