Bayanihan Event Vendor Application
Thank you for your interest in vending at our 2026 Bayanihan Event! This is a celebration of Philippine heritage, culture, and spirit as we showcase the beauty and community in honor of October as Filipino American History Month.
This is the application form for vendors who are looking to be part of festivities centered around celebrating the Filipino people in the diaspora on Saturday October 3rd, 2026 at the STAR Center from 11:00am-4:00pm.
We are primarily seeking vendors providing information, resources, and products to reach Asia Pacific audiences. We are building a space that reflects our shared values and mission, and we are looking for vendors and organizations who are aligned with that vision. If your work, products, or services support this goal, we would love to have you join us! We reserve the right to review all applications to ensure a good fit. Thank you for helping us create a thoughtful and intentional experience for our community.
Please note vendor fees are as follows and due Friday, September 25th, 2026. First-paid, first-served. All applications are reviewed by our committee and are subject to approval as needed. Vendor space is limited.
- Food Vendor Fee: $125 for reserved vendor space. Vendors MUST bring their own 6ft table as we have limited tables to accommodate. We can provide 2 chairs for each table. Food vendors MUST bring their own generator for electricity and power.
- Retail Vendor Fee: $75 for reserved vendor space. Vendors MUST bring their own 6ft table as we have limited tables to accommodate. We can provide 2 chairs for each table.
- Resource/Informational for reserved vendor space (non-retail items; non-profit tabling) Fee: $50. Vendors MUST bring their own 6ft table as we have limited tables to accommodate. We can provide 2 chairs for each table.
This year we highly encourage all food vendors to offer a $5 sample tasting option from their menu to allow guests to try a smaller portion of a variety of food - a "Taste of Bayanihan". This tasting option will allow guests to have a chance to explore and try out more food options as they enjoy the festivities.
Food vendors must bring their own generator to provide electricity and power. Because we are having food vendors outside, we are relying on vendors to work within their own capacities.
