Curious about what it's like to be a Filipino working in the mental health field? Got some ideas about how we can continue to heal mentally and emotionally individually and as a community? Come join some local Filipino mental health providers as we discuss topics like cultural strengths and stigma, intergenerational trauma, holistic wellness, and pathways to healing in our Filipino communities.
