Led by Dr. Paolo Laraño, a licensed clinical psychologist, and Katrina Van Strien, LMHCA, ATR-P, an Artist, Art Therapist & Mental Health Counselor, and also APCC's partnered therapists who work with individuals, families, students, and communities in Tacoma and the greater Puget Sound Area.

Do you have questions about mental health, but feel like you haven't been able to ask them? Want to talk about the mental and emotional strengths that stem from Filipino culture? Curious about what it's like to be a Filipino working in the mental health field?  Got some ideas about how we can continue to heal mentally and emotionally individually and as a community? Come join some local Filipino mental health providers as we discuss topics like cultural strengths and stigma, intergenerational trauma, holistic wellness, and pathways to healing in our Filipino communities.
