6th Annual ChuSeok Festival • Gig Harbor
September 26, 2026 • 11 am - 4 pm S
Skansie Brothers Park and Netshed 3211 Harborview Drive, Gig Harbor
Set Up Gig Harbor: Saturday, September 26, starting 8:00AM till 10:00AM
Retail Booth Fee: $300 for 6’ table (6’x6’ space) and 2 chairs
Nonprofit Booth Fee: $200 for 6’ table (6’x6' space) and 2 chairs
Deadline: Applications with payment are due asap on a first-paid, first-served basis. No refunds after September 5, 2026.
Asia Pacific Cultural Center Mission and Rules:
Our mission is to bridge generations and communities through art, culture, education and business.
● We reserve the right to refuse any group’s space.
● All display materials are the responsibility of the vendor and must fit within your space.
● You cannot tear down your booth before the end of festival at 3:00pm.
● No refunds for inclement weather or other reasons after September 5, 2026.
● All Booths must be set-up and ready for the public by 10:00am for the public on September 19th, and September 26, 2026.
● Everyone is expected to be kind, and courteous to others throughout the event. Please always be respectful.
● We are proud Korean Americans. Show your heritage and culture to educate our new friends, neighbors, and your own co-workers.
