SET UP: Friday, February 27, 2026, from 12 noon to 8 pm.
Retail Booth Fee $200: 10ft x 10ft booth, draped with one table and two chairs.
Food Booth Fee $400: 10ft x 10 ft booth, draped with two tables and 2 chairs. Includes Electricity.
You have to obtain your own health permit from the health department. You must submit a copy of your approved health permit to APCC by no later than January 25, 2026. All food vendors must attend required event training as scheduled. If you need more tables, you need to bring your own. We do not want to have two booths selling the same items; please be sensitive to this matter. Before we approve and accept your payment, we must make sure you are not duplicating another food vendor who is already paid and approved before you. Menus are due at application time. Menus cannot change after you’re approved and paid for already.

Non-Profit Booth Fee $50: 10 ft. x 10 ft booth, draped with one table and two chairs. Must show nonprofit status proof.
Corner Booth Fee: Additional $75.
Electricity is available at $100 per booth in addition to your regular fee.
DEADLINE: Applications with payments are due immediately to be on the first paid, first-served list of placements for the event. Full payment must accompany your application. Order of booth assignments are based on first paid, first chosen booths.
Asia Pacific Cultural Center New Year Celebration Rules:
- We reserve the right to refuse any group space.
- All display materials are the vendor's responsibility and must fit within your space.
- You cannot tear down your booth before the end of the festival at 6 PM.
- No refunds for inclement weather or any other reasons.
- No refunds after December 30, 2024.
- All Booths must be set up and ready for the public by 9:30 am on Saturday, 2/28/2026.
Everyone is expected to be kind and courteous to others all throughout the event. Please be respectful at all times. Especially to our elders.
Please ask us for help as needed throughout the day. We have many volunteers who can help you! You may come into the venue first to ask for volunteers to help you unload for set up and load to go home.
