Join us for a special treat with Chef Jan Parker, the heart and soul behind Jan Parker Cookery. Known for sharing the rich flavors of her Filipino heritage in fun and creative ways, she has dazzled viewers as a contestant on Chopped as well as Ciao House on the Food Network. Her love for food and community shines through in every dish, making her events not just meals, but memorable experiences filled with warmth and flavor.
Included with your ticket purchase — participants will be divided into five groups, each learning to cook a different Jan Parker recipe from her favorite collection. In true Filipino Bayanihan tradition, everyone will come together to share and enjoy the tastings.

This demo is part of the Filipino Day celebration at APCC. Stick around after the demo to enjoy the festivities. Enjoy a day of Cultural entertainment, celebrity performers, martials art, vendors, food trucks, including Jan Parker's own pop up food booth just outside the doors with tasty dishes available for purchase.
